Free Shipping USA / CANADA: Free shipping on all Vitality Tech orders to all continental United States and Canadian Provinces via FedEx, UPS, or other carriers within 10-15 business days based on product availability and upon receipt of payment. Handling, customs, duties, taxes, and (optional) insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Extra charges apply for express shipping and installation. If products must be sources from outside the USA and Canada, customer is responsible for any customs, duties, import Permissions & fees and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping & Handling (INTERNATIONAL):
International customers are responsible for all handling, customs, duties, and taxes. Once payment has been cleared through the Vitality Tech, Inc. bank account, products will be shipped promptly. Customers are notified once products are shipped with the anticipated date of arrival via email with a corresponding carrier tracking number (FedEx, UPS, etc.). We encourage our customers to acquire carrier insurance on all products. Shipping, handling, customs, duties, taxes, import Permissions & fees and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Extra charges apply for installation. Products shipped directly from the manufacturer, based on product availability and upon receipt of payment, will be shipped within 2- 4 weeks.

- Gulf Council Countries: United Arab, UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah), Israel, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain
Delivery & Title: Vitality Tech will make reasonable efforts to ensure shipment and delivery occurs within the stated time period, however customer acknowledges that these dates are estimates only and dependent upon third party manufactures and transportation carriers. Vitality Tech is not liable for any delay or failure of delivery.
Once a product has been transferred to transportation carrier any risk of loss transfers to the customer, however title remains with Vitality Tech until payment is received in full if financing is pursued. Upon request, if Vitality Tech holds an invoiced product on behalf of the customer, any risk of loss transfers to the customer. Products will ship within 10-15 business days if located within our sites in USA or Canada. Products shipped directly from the manufacturer may take between 4-6 weeks depending on availability and delivery schedule. Any delay in product delivery will not invalidate this Agreement, nor constitute a cancellation of the order.
Damage from Shipment: Upon receipt of the items, if the shipment shows any visible signs of damage, open the package in the presence of the carrier. If the contents are damaged as a result be sure to document the damage with the carrier (FedEx, UPS, other), and contact Vitality Tech within 24 hours to report the issue. Photographs are most helpful in these matters and will greatly assist the claims process. Vitality Tech will not refund the purchase price as a matter of Warranty Policy, but will provide an exchange or credit. See our Standard Terms and Conditions.
Returns OR Exchange: Vitality Tech will only accept exchanges in the instance of product damage or malfunction caused by transportation. All issues must be documented and sent to service@vitalitytech.com the same day of delivery. Refunds are not provided under any circumstance. All applicable associated fees – shipping, handling, customs, duties, taxes, and insurance – will be charged to customer’s account.
A product exchange can be initiated by requesting an Exchange Authorization Form. A fax copy of your invoice and receipt must be included to prevent any unnecessary delays – Fax (818) 865-9046 or email service@vitalitytech.com. Be sure to fill out the form in its entirety to receive your approval code, shipping, and packaging instructions. If fax is not available to you, please forward email us immediately. The packaging instructions must be followed exactly to ensure a safe return of the merchandise and protect the customer, Vitality Tech, and the manufacturer. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging to ensure no further damage is incurred.
- Customers must request an Exchange Authorization Form to repair or exchange and product, issued at Vitality Tech’s sole discretion.
- Defective units returned to Vitality Tech must include a copy of the original invoice
- Claims must be made within 24 hours following receipt of the equipment.
- Returned products that are deemed used, damaged, or missing components may incur a restocking fee up to 50%
- Malfunctioning or defective products must be accompanied by a written description of the problem to assist technicians and the manufacturer in repairing the equipment.
- Ineligible returns, that do not have an authorization code from Vitality Tech, will not be accepted and returned at customer’s sole risk.
- Consumable items, hand pieces, crystals, etc. (see Warranty) may not be returned.
- Returned items will be repaired in compliance with the Manufacturer Warranty.
- We recommend customers check the packaging thoroughly to ensure every part is accounted for with their shipment.
- We recommend customers check; if manual has not been translated to the distributors and/or client’s language they cannot receive a partial or full refund from Vitality Tech, its branches or affiliates. The distributor and/or client must translated the operator manual or access it in Client language.
- Any items that have been special ordered may not be returned.
- Any materials, manuals, technical specifications, or assembly materials must be returned.
- Any sale, clearance, discounted, or outdated products may not be returned.
- Be sure to utilize a surge protection device and check the power specifications – NEVER plug the equipment directly into the wall outlet. Make sure that you order your new unit with the proper voltage (voltage being different in some countries).
- All Vitality Tech procedures and requirements must be followed to ensure proper and safe use of the equipment and maintain the Warranty – not doing so will void the Warranty.
- Vitality Tech warrants holds all distributors and/or clients liable to manufacturer’s specifications for product use and maintenance.
