All Vitality Tech equipment comes with a 24-MONTH LIMITED PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY (“Warranty”) from the manufacturer. An optional and additional THREE-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY (“Extended Warranty”) is available, extending coverage to a total of five years. In any event for warranty repair, the product must be shipped back to our service centers in the USA or Canada, depending on the availability of the parts, or directly to the manufacturer.
24-Month Limited Parts & Labor Warranty (Manufacturer) An optional and additional THREE-YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY. Product or component misuse or damage will render the Warranty null and void. Some products utilize consumables, which have a limited life and specified replacement time and are not covered under this Warranty. Products over-used, and whose consumables are not replaced according to the technical specifications, will be subject to Warranty cancellation. Below are some examples of proper care to maintain the Warranty, but not limited to the following:
- Water must be added and changed on a regular basis to ensure product integrity and operation
- Cables must be in the proper outlets and connections.
- Proper management of the technical settings is essential to prevent any equipment damage or personal injury
- All units are under warranty for parts and labor for 2 year from manufacturer
- The warranty is only applicable if products are used in accordance with unit’s User service and Manual instructions. Any misuse or tampering with machinery will void warranty
- Parts may require replacement over a certain period of time; usually depend of usage, sometimes after a certain amount of laser shots, IPL pulses or time of usage, and etc.
- IT IS REQUIRED FOR DISTILLED WATER TO BE USED AT ALL TIMES FOR OPERATION OF UNITS.
- IT IS ALWAYS REQUIRED TO USE A SURGE PROTECTOR BEFORE PLUGGING UNIT. A SPIKE SUPPRESSOR IS NOT A POWER BAR.
- Please allow for minimum of 24 hours after delivery before plugging the unit to power outlet.
- All users are required to mail, email or call Vitality Tech Service Department to provide monthly meter readings of the total counters of their unit in order for warranty to remain valid.
- Always check the condition of your machine after delivery. If any problem, fill out a claim and advise Vitality Tech immediately with the claim number.
- Always ensure to check fuses and troubleshooting section in your user manual before returning your unit for problems
- Never send back unit without an RMA (Return Materiel Authorization) number that is provided by Vitality Tech Service Department.
- IPL hand-pieces are covered only under limited warranty. YAG hand-pieces are not covered under warranty.
- Ensure the breakers in your electric panel are compatible with the unit’s requirements (check User Manual).
- Ensure the use of spike suppressors to prevent against power surge.
- Always use a dedicated circuit to plug your unit.
- Ensure you review all User Manuals and instructions for the use of the unit before operations and take careful note of warranty conditions and limitations
- There will be an invoice sent out for extended warranty after the eight month of purchase. It is at your disclosure whether you will want extended warranty; however, it is strongly advised for better and more cost effective care for it to be taken into consideration
- The extended warranty will provide insurance for continual instructed use of unit and it will also provide the opportunity to enroll in the upgrade program for an additional year.
- Parts are rarely needed to be changed if usage is in compliance of User Manual MINIMUM EXPECTED LIFE OF DIODE LASER IS 6000 HOURS BEFORE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DIODE MODULE.

Hand pieces, crystals, and lamps are NOT covered under this Warranty. Vitality Tech can also send the parts directly to you along with the operating and service manual for an expedited repair time. In these instances, customer is responsible for shipping, handling, customs, duties, insurance, and applicable taxes.
Extended Warranty (3rd, 4th, 5TH year). The (optional) Extended Warranty must be purchased either when the order is placed, or within 24 hours of receipt of the product. It cannot be purchased anytime after. Warranty invoices will be sent for service renewal after the first month. All customers MUST send monthly meter readings via fax on the last day of the month to maintain the Warranty and Extended Warranty coverage. All other terms and conditions from the Warranty also apply (see above).
Items that may require replacement after extensive use include, but are not limited to: light source, power supply, water tank, hand pieces, switches, water caps, screen control pane, etc. – these items are not covered under the Extended Warranty.
Massage Equipment, Infrared Sauna Cabins Warranty. 12 Month Parts Warranty from the manufacturer on all massage equipment and infrared sauna cabins. Vitality Tech, at its option, will repair or replace defective parts that are not damaged by the purchaser and that are covered by this Warranty. As a matter of warranty policy, Vitality Tech will not refund the Buyer’s purchase price; only product repair parts or exchanges apply.
Voiding a Warranty: The following conditions apply:
(1) Any damage or product malfunction caused by the improper use, negligence, misuse of the equipment that conflicts with specifications in the owner’s manual
(2) Any defect or damage caused through the use of any unauthorized parts while servicing the equipment other than Vitality Tech authorized parts
Further Limitations and Exclusions: Due to different skin types and conditions, results may vary which will result in more or less treatments per patient. Vitality Tech guarantees the performance of the equipment however is not responsible for any results form treatments using any of the equipment. The Buyer and any person assigned by the Buyer to operate the equipment is fully responsible for any damage or injury caused to a patient prior, during, or after the treatment with the equipment provided by Vitality Tech.
Any negligence, abuse or misuse by the Buyer, or the inability to follow all instructions provided in the operating manual that leads in any way, shape or form to damage or injury to the patient will not be covered under any warranty provided by Vitality Tech. The Buyer and any person assigned by the Buyer to operate the equipment is fully responsible to have the proper personal and business liability insurance coverage to operate the equipment in the event of damage or personal injury.
Product exchanges shall not be made without the prior written consent of Vitality Tech. No claim can be entertained after the goods or any parts thereof have been processed in any way. Vitality Tech is not liable in any way for any direct or indirect loss of or damage to any business, profit, or savings. Customers are responsible for maintaining the proper personal and business liability insurance, and understanding any applicable laws, regulations, or fees associated with bringing equipment into the country.
